Step by step

1. Send your information

Message us on WhatsApp or by email with a short description of your symptoms and any reports — MRI or CT reports, EEG or EMG results and a list of your medicines. Documents in English, German, Bulgarian, Russian or Turkish are fine.

2. Online pre-consultation

If useful, a short video call is arranged to understand your symptoms, decide which tests may be needed and estimate how many days you will need in Istanbul. The final diagnosis and treatment decision are made at the in-person consultation.

3. Scheduling

Consultation, tests (EEG, EMG, sleep study, MRI) and any procedure (such as migraine Botox or a nerve block) are booked on consecutive days wherever possible.

4. Your visit

Everything is explained in your preferred language. You receive written results and a treatment plan; an English summary can be prepared on request.

5. Follow-up from home

Check-ups, test reviews and dose adjustments can usually continue online. If needed, we liaise with your doctor at home.

How long should I stay in Istanbul?

Typical durations (your personal plan is made during the pre-consultation):

  • Neurology consultation or second opinion: 1 day
  • Consultation + EEG or EMG: 1 day
  • Migraine Botox: 1 day (often the same day as the consultation)
  • Consultation + sleep-deprived EEG + MRI: 1–2 days
  • Sleep study (polysomnography): 2 days; with CPAP titration: 3 days
  • Narcolepsy assessment (PSG + MSLT): 2–3 days
  • Video-EEG monitoring: 1–5 days

Getting here

The practice is in Küçükçekmece on the European side of Istanbul, close to the E-5 (D-100) highway, the Cennet Mahallesi Metrobus stop and the Marmaray Küçükçekmece station. From Istanbul Airport (IST) the journey takes roughly 35–60 minutes by taxi or transfer depending on traffic; from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) around 60–90 minutes. Many hotels in the Florya, Bakırköy and Beylikdüzü areas are within a short ride.

  • Bring your passport and medical documents
  • Bring your medicines in their original packaging
  • For a sleep study: comfortable sleepwear and toiletries
  • For a CPAP check: your device, mask, tubing and power cable
  • For an EEG: washed hair without conditioner, gel or spray

Visa requirements depend on your nationality; many visitors can obtain a Turkish e-Visa online. Please check the official requirements before you travel.
